參加完ICCAD
最重要的體悟是 -
I am a Ph. D. student.
There are something I have to do.
And there are something that I cannot escape.
簡單的說是種使命感(也帶有不少宿命感QQ)
To perform good research and even high impact one is what I have to do.
To learn math well is sth. that I cannot escape.
參加完CADathlon程式競賽
真的覺得得把SAT和Integer linear programming學好
畢竟很多問題都可以map到這上面
之後又聽了Pumbaa講到machine learning
Machine learning讓我體會到統計的powerful
很多問題都可以套用machine learning的技巧來解...
在ICCAD上看到不少熱門的問題和有趣的解法
Thermal with power, 3D IC, and multicores 會是近幾年的主流
parallelism也因為multicores變得更加重要
覺得自己吸收了很多東西
但卻來不及消化
冒出了一些idea 卻又無法有concrete的formulation
回到LA 又開始忙碌而無法靜心思考的生活QQ
真的需要在忙碌和思考上取得一個平衡點~
